Why not tick off one of your bucket list races such as Challenge Roth, Alpe d’Huez triathlon, or visit the holy grail of triathlon in Kona and take part in the Kona 70.3 whilst exploring the full ironman course. Then for those that want to test themselves to the limit check out Epic Camp - the extreme camp for a triathlete.

Epic Camp Lite

Epic Camp Lite revolves around events such as the Kona 70.3 or other races like the Alpe D’Huez Triathlon or Challenge Roth.

The standard required is not as great as Epic Camp - if you are fit enough to complete the race you will handle the camp.

These camps are not taper/knowledge based camps. You will do some big mileage early in the week before easing off into the race.

Visit www.epiccamp.com for more information on upcoming camps

Epic Camp

You will not find a more challenging camp environment anywhere. Epic Camps are designed to be the Tour de France of our sport with 9-11 days of Epic training, including point competitions, camp races, KOM’s - anything that will help you find new limits mentally and physically.

Athletes will visit some of the most stunning locations such as the Alpes and Pyrenees mountains in France, the Dolomites in Italy or the Canadian Rockies.

Age group athletes need to show a strong level of cycling (under 5hrs45min for an ironman ride) or have attended a “lite” camp to apply.

Visit www.epiccamp.com for more information on upcoming camps
